the after dark set in jumble, in a pile, in a state. revelling in the warm throbbing of the final bright-neoned wave of blissbeat's self-immolation into the unwelcoming tones of stresscore.

all acts committed live in the fourth ward, Houston TX, on or around 2009, mostly 2009, in a variety of strange places, recorded directly to 2 or 4 track cassette, mixed quickly down and abandoned. the recordings presented here are the original, un-overdubbed versions* which have not been retreated. as a result, there may be many moments (particularily in the first version of "rabid hearts," "ghoul vision!" and the various "soft illusion" pieces) in which the use of instrumentation, cassette hiss and analog distortion may cause unwanted ear results.

* with the exception of "ghoul version?" which was manipulated but to which no overdubs have been added.
